RIP Dean Jones

Beloved Disney actor Dean Jones passed away on September 1st, he was 83.

Some of my most treasured childhood memories are Disney movies and Dean Jones was in some of the best of the best.

The Shaggy DA, Herbie, The Million Dollar Duck, Blackbeard’s Ghost, the list goes on and on.

These were the kind of movies where whole families could sit down and watch and enjoy them. The type of movies Hollywood doesn’t do enough of anymore. Dean Jones was the cool everyday guy that every kid wanted to meet, wanted to ride around in Herbie with. It’s sad to think that the stars that Walt Disney chose himself are becoming fewer and fewer and we are slowly losing that era.
